Preparation

Do not thaw.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 425F. Remove plastic and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

MICROWAVE: Remove plastic and place one frozen portion in an appropriate dish. Cook on high power for 2 minutes. Turn tray 90 degrees and continue cooking for 1 1/2 -2 minutes.
Note: Cook to internal temperature of 165F.
