Preparation

These are already Fully Cooked and just need to be heated.

Conventional Oven: Bake 35-40 minutes at 400°F.
Microwave: Place 6 frozen wings on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 4 to 4 ½ minutes. Rotate and heat an additional 4 minutes.
Heat to internal temp of 140 to 145°F
