Preparation

BAKE FROM FROZEN:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place frozen cakes on a greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or thaw under refrigeration and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

SAUTE: (Not recommended from frozen state). Cook cakes in a frying pan or skillet for approximately 5 minutes each side at medium heat.
