Preparation

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator:

Grilling: Using a medium-hot to hot grill, cook about 3 min per side then rotate. Repeat this process as needed until juices run clear.

Baking: Bake at 350 degrees in a shallow baking pan for 15 - 25 minutes until juices run clear.
